Finalist!

I’m so proud to announce the Double Chocolate Moosh not only won a Gold Taste o the west Award this year but has also been selected as a Finalist in the Confectionary category this year too!

Raspberry Rapture did the same thing last year but lost out to some delicious Clotted Cream fudge. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this is the year of the Champion!!!!

I won’t find out until November but in the meantime I’m going to keep whipping up the fluffiest, most chocolatey marshmallows you’ve ever had!

Last year the Awards Ceremony was a really fun day up in Exeter with a fancy lunch featuring a lot of the finalists in various categories and I was so pleased to have been asked to supply some Raspberry Moosh to be included as part of the dessert too. I would make such a crap food influencer (or influencer of any kind) that I took about two really rubbish photos of the dish. It was a tasty strawberry Panna Cotta with various garnishes including some mini Moosh cubes. This year it’s an evening affair which I’m very much looking forward to and am going to enlist a baby sitter so my other half can come along too!
