Moosh Merchandise
Shop Info.
Each box contains 9 freshly whipped marshmallows and each individual mallow is about 2 bites (depending on the size of your mouth of course!!) - so, quite big! The bag is plastic free and is made using a home compostable eco cellulose.
Moosh Mallows have a shelf life of 8 weeks and I fluff up fresh batches every month. A single flavour batch of Moosh takes 3 days to make, cut and pack… With ten flavours to make, it’s a lengthy process. Due to current demand, I have changed the way I operate the online shop. I will only re-stock once per month and orders will be made and dispatched after the initial order window closes. Limited stock will remain live but once this stock is sold out, you will have to wait for the next re-stock the following month. Read more here.
I aim to have your orders made fresh, cut, packed and out the door within the 7-10 working days following the order window deadline. However due to a little show called Aldi’s Next Big Thing, there’s increased demand, so this might be longer. Please bear with me.
It’s a solo operation (although I sometimes rope in extra hands to pack orders), there’s a lot to juggle and things can sometimes take a little longer.
I aim to make sure every batch of Moosh is the best it can possibly be so if it isn’t, please get in touch.
Moosh Mallows are made in a kitchen where allergens are present and although every effort is made to avoid contamination, it cannot be guaranteed that is cross-contamination will not happen.
You can find a full list of ingredients for each flavour in the shop. There are some flavours that include dairy, eggs, cereals containing gluten or alcohol. These inclusions are always listed within the ingredient information.
And don’t forget there’s an FAQ page you can find more questions you might have.
All orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This is the default shipping option. You can choose the Tracked 24 option if you’d like a faster service from Royal Mail.
The 24/48 service is how long it should be in process with the Royal Mail, not my dispatch time. If you need things delivered on a certain date, please get in touch to have a chat to see what’s possible.
Once orders have left Moosh Mallows HQ, it’s in the Royal Mails hands. If you’d like your tracking number, please get in touch. You’ll get an email when your order has been dispatched but I don’t have the ability to automatically send through tracking details.
Collection is an option if you’re local to Helston - please select this option at the checkout and I’ll get in touch when your order is ready with further details.

All Merchandise orders are fulfilled by the Teemill - they’re made to order and will be shipped separately to marshmallow orders.
